Why we avoid the 8 common Allergens

Athletics, by their nature, help us tune into our bodies. By moving toward the edge of our physical limits, we get a deeper understanding of what we each need to perform optimally – from calorie intake to amount of rest.

Pushing our bodies to their limits also helps us become more aware of foods that just don’t sit well with us. And, sometimes, doing so can even induce sensitivities to certain foods. Ever notice that you have trouble tolerating certain foods, or beverages, after a hard workout or race? Or worse yet, during a race? This is what we're talking about.

Some of the highest level athletes we work with experience this. In fact, for many of us, the harder we push ourselves the more it becomes an issue.

Because of this, we developed Enduro Bites without the eight most common allergens. All four Enduro Bites flavors are free of: tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, milk, eggs, fish and shellfish to allow you to perform your best.

We believe in being intentional with how we eat in daily life and fuel during training and racing. Our objective is to create nutrition that helps you achieve this while tasting great and helping you reach your goals.
