A Change Of Seasons
Already missing the extended-fall conditions we were having in Colorado until recently. The unseasonably-warm weather was great for exploring the high country and, my latest off-the-bike activity, mountain climbing.
I was able to summit 6 peaks over 13,000 feet, including several of Colorado's Centennial Peaks (Colorado's 100 highest mountains). While my goal is to climb all 100, what I'm really after is the unique adventure each outing delivers. Only 89 more to go!
The deep-winter blast of frigid temperatures and snow we've been experiencing has brought an end to mountain climbing until next year. Now it's time to enjoy a few days in the warmer Utah desert exploring places my bike can't take me.
Where will your next adventure take you?
