What Makes Enduro Bites Work?
Lemon Juice? Well, yeah. We chose our ingredients not just to make them taste really amazing, but to supply a high-quality source of energy and to deliver the natural health benefits found in these ingredients. Some of them might surprise you!
Figs — Natural source of B-vitamins, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, folate, and chlorogenic acid, which has been shown to help lower blood sugar levels and control blood-glucose levels.
Rice syrup — High in glucose to fuel endurance work. Converted to blood sugar more slowly than other sugars (sucrose, cane sugar, dextrose) for a more stable energy level.
Raw honey — Contains natural invert sugar to provide quick energy. Reported to possess anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Rice flour — An easily digested, gluten-free, hypoallergenic starch rich in Manganese (which aids in calcium absorption).
Rice protein — An allergen-free, plant-based protein recently found to have equal effects to whey protein in exercise recovery.
