The food that reduces inflammation and supports joint and muscle health

Like many of you, I’m constantly searching for a way to improve my nutrition so I can recover faster and ride stronger. This leads me to do a lot of research and try new things. One thing I’ve tried recently is Pranjali Turmeric Paste. I’ve been a big fan of Turmeric, also known as Curcumin, for years and was actually involved in the development of a Turmeric product in my product development role at my prior company.

Turmeric has a long list of healthy benefits, but what most attracted me are its strong anti-inflammatory properties. Long, hard rides (and all other endurance activities) trigger a lot of inflammation. The key to recovering faster, and staying healthy, is to consume a healthy diet and practice restorative techniques to minimize inflammation.

I began to notice a positive effect after just a few days. I also like that I can easily add it to morning smoothies or any other meal.
