The food that reduces inflammation and supports joint and muscle health
by Brian Maslach, founder of Enduro Bites
Like many of you, I’m constantly searching for a way to improve my nutrition so I can recover faster and ride stronger. This leads me to do a lot of research and try new things. One thing I’ve tried recently is Pranjali Turmeric Paste. I’ve been a big fan of Turmeric, also known as Curcumin, for years and was actually involved in the development of a Turmeric product in my product development role at my prior company.
Turmeric has a long list of healthy benefits, but what most attracted me are its strong anti-inflammatory properties. Long, hard rides (and all other endurance activities) trigger a lot of inflammation. The key to recovering faster, and staying healthy, is to consume a healthy diet and practice restorative techniques to minimize inflammation.
Turmeric is the strongest natural substance I’ve found to reduce inflammation and plays an important role in my anti-inflammatory diet, and Pranjali Turmeric Paste is the best Turmeric product I’ve used. I began to notice a positive effect after just a few days. I also like that I can easily add it to morning smoothies or any other meal. I’ve since begun recommending it to friends and family and decided to offer this product to you -- our customers.
One word of warning! Turmeric is known to stain most things with which it comes in contact and Pranjali Turmeric Paste is no exception. Be careful not to spill it on your clothes or favorite table cloth. There’s a good reason why Turmeric is used as a natural food coloring!
Pranjali Turmeric Paste is made right here in Colorado using organic, non-GMO and gluten/wheat-free ingredients, and creates an easy and tasty way to incorporate turmeric into your diet!
