Many of us are confined to training indoors at the moment, but Natalie Raborn from High Road Coaching explains why you should look forward to training in conditions outside of your comfort zone once in while - especially if there's a chance you'll encounter adverse weather on event day. With so many events across the country being rescheduled to this Fall, such as the Triple Bypass, there's no telling what type of weather conditions you will experience.

In addition to being a Masters Marathon Mountain Bike USA National Champion, Natalie is a USA Cycling and Training Peaks Certified Coach, a certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA.com) and an American Council on Exercise (ACE.COM) certified Health Coach. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Denver and an MBA from Illinois State University.
